The study of heterojunctions is one of the key research areas in solid state physics which has known a strong development in fundamental research and technological applications. Worldwide, the study of semiconductors is of real interest for both, scientists and forums that subsidize research. ZnTe/CdSe thin films heterojunctions make some photovoltaic devices at a low production cost. ZnTe is an important material in solar cell technology with semiconductor heterojunctions also because it has a high energy band gap. CdSe thin films are used to produce solar cells with semiconductor heterojunctions. This work is a study on the structure, optical and electrical properties of CdSe and ZnTe thin films, respectively the structure, optical and photoelectric properties of some heterojunction of the type ZnTe/CdSe.
