Employee Performance Management has been necessitated by the reality that an integrated approach is needed to manage employee performance. In its entirety, Performance Management is primary to the success of any organization given the global competition and turbulence in the business arena. The benefits of Performance Management are manifold. One of its main concerns is the satisfaction of the needs of all the stake holders - employees included.
