The deteriorating performance of landline segment of PTCL has proved the the change of new management to be really ineffective.The major portion of landline segment revenue is being cannibalized by the mobile sector and bad debts of the company itself due to poor administration and vested interests. A model is presented for improving performance of the international revenue segment followedby overall recommendations for the company.
