This book is the output of the author’s researches on postharvest pathology and mycology of banana. The significant findings has been systematically documented and found its course on this book. The book gives overview of banana banana grown by small-scale farmers without agricultural chemicals during production and postharvest activities (hereinafter referred to as “non-chemical bananas”).
