Stakeholder engagement is an important process for every organisations. This is evidenced by a growing number of organisations moving towards greater engagement with their stakeholders. However, as stakeholders normally includes diverse group of parties, it is of great significance that stakeholder engagement activities are carried out effectively. More importantly, the dynamics of this process must be understood by both managers and their stakeholders.
