There are basic assumptions in the implementation of CA in Colleges. The formative and summative aspects of CA must be planned and integrated with instruction as a continual process. Using variety of assessment techniques is decisive to get the true picture of a student’s achievement. Above all, provision of timely feedback based on assessment data is very crucial to improve and guide student’s learning and the instruction process. Thus, to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of CA, it is vital to systematically study and identify problems encountered and suggest possible solutions.
