This book is about the study of human resources in the contemporary business environment along with the different influencial factors in different sectors. Human Resource Planning (HRP) is a multilayer subject, especially in the highly complex & ever changing global business environment with lots of discontinuities, extra pressure, lack of patience, contineous increase in tensions, need of foreseening the needs of HRP. Although a complicated subject, we will recognize the importance & need of HRP in concern with having the right people at the right place at the right time doing the right work. The purpose of this study is to investigate that in this contemporary business environment, companies are able to successfully manage the HRP with so much complexity. Results from our research & investigation of the specified companies shows that the HRP is directly or indirectly influenced by the stability count in the industries, employee turnover and global economy. The same affects the future approach towards the HRP by the company.
