Supervisor and subordinate communication model proposes the importance role of communication in leadership, known as leader-member exchanges theory (LMX). In LMX theory, leaders and members are dynamic participants in daily work activities through organization and the best supervisor’s characteristics enumerate as communication mindedness. Particularly, in the healthcare context where personnel work in a highly pressurized environment, opportunities to communicate are valuable and important for the whole hospital context.
