The project is attempt to synthesis of the basic core structure of coelenterazine, found in many acuatic organisoms which is also substrate in many luciferase and photoprotien, aequorin and obelin and to study the Binding interaction with BSA, Brovine Serum Albumine is a serum albumin protein derived from the cows. Also we investigate to know the Binding stoichiometry, site of binding. And the effect of adding surfactant ,SDS (Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) in presence or without Adding BSA. Also we calculate the quantum yield the synthesized molecule in various solvent and to inform various photochemical and photophysical aspect of the compound. The another part of my project is Synthesis of [W(CO)4(bipy)] and characterization and investigation of the photochemical and the photophysical properties of the compound by ultrafast study. The molecule exhibit negative solvatochromisom and also the compound does not show any characteristic emission features in solution phase, however, a well defined emission is observed in solid phase. It may be the compound is quenching by singlet oxygen in solution phase and also the excited state relaxation dynamics.
