The book studies the instructional processes and competencies in the Workers Welfare Model Schools (WWMS), established by Workers Welfare Fund (WWF), a subsidiary organization of Ministry of Labour and Manpower, Government of Pakistan. The author identifies essential teacher competencies for school effectiveness and assessment of classroom practices used by teachers in Schools.
