The quality of teacher education is valuable for bringing about functional improvement in teacher education institutions. Teacher education is one of the important streams through which quality of education could be accomplished. In order to prepare prospective teacher to meet the emerging challenges, teacher education plays an important role. It is professional pleasure that enables to prepare teacher educators to perform their duty honestly. Those teacher educators who have a specific goal while performing work would derive more professional pleasure. Cultivation of a positive feeling towards work among teacher educators, perhaps, would keep them professionally pleasurable. Hence present teacher educators? curriculum (post graduate course in education) should be designed in such a way that there should be some space for cultivation of favorable feeling towards work. Post graduate courses in education should also provide an opportunity to transform positive work feeling among teacher educators while transacting teacher education curriculum. This implies that there should be an interface between post graduate teacher education curriculum and graduate teacher education curriculum.
