This book is based on a research study conducted to determine the effects of Dynamic Suryanamaskar (sun salutations) on anthropometric and physiological variables of select physical education students at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. The Participants took part in supervised sessions of Dynamic Suryanamaskar training. This training included twelve poses and was designed for 45 minutes per session, six days a week for six consecutive weeks. Tests were administered in equal intervals of two weeks. To determine the effects of Dynamic Suryanamaskar, a one-way ANOVA was used at a .05 level of significance. Dynamic Suryanamaskar practice was found to give beneficial results.
