The quality of the human resource of an organization is essential to its success.Thus, every organization must seek to improve the quality of its workforce. The importance of training can only be appreciated with a clear understanding of its direct impact on employee performance. This book, therefore, provides a detailed analysis on how training improves the performance of employees and also changes their attitudes and behavior for the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of the organization as a whole and increase performance. HFC Bank (Ghana) limited was used as a case study for the research thus data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees, the human resource manager and the finance manager.
