English grammar has a very logical way of inherent development that has a character of a law. It is especially well seen through the English predicate complication the scheme of which is given. From grammatical and philosophic points of view the English verbs have a hierarchic system. It is described in the paper. An algorithm of the predicate searching in the English sentence is worked out for those who learn to translate from the English language. On the basis of the principle of inherent development (complication) of English grammar the new, optimum way of teaching English grammar is suggested. It is also shown in a schematic way. In accordance with the written above a new type of English lesson book has been written that can be used by students with different levels of knowledge of English. Students of different age (from 10 to 60 years old) used it successfully. With the help of this lesson book the term of studying English shortenes considerably.
