The study seeks to explore the use of ICT in educational institution management in Ghana. This emerged because of the diffusion of ICT in secondary education in recent times. Thus apart from its rampant use to support teaching and learning in most institutions, how does IT support the management of schools in strategic decisions as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of the school? The study aimed at investing the use of ICT in the management process of the school. The findings suggest that the school management and administrative staff primarily use ICT in organizing, monitoring and evaluating examination results of students, entering of terminal reports and managing both students, staff and parents data. In effect, ICT usage resulted in operational benefits such as reduction of cost and relational benefits such as effective communication. This piece of work is useful to students, researchers, school managers and professionals in ICT management.
