Web 2.0 being considered as a step towards better understanding human interaction with technologies while users are becoming more technologically intellects. Even with the fast evolution of web technologies, websites are keeping track of these slights changes to make user interaction with the system more easier. Focused on the concept of social computing whereby users are connected on the same platform, this project aim was to built a software capable of meeting both user need and implemented with web 2.0 technologies. The system which have been developed was based upon a university rating, social network and job recruitment system whereby a user can have multiple information on the same system. Adequate social modules were implemented to help better interaction of users like a chat system, adding friends, sending messages, view friends profile and so on. With respect to the job section, the user can be both a job recruiter and a job seeker. And, the university rating part is about rating universities globally, by specialty and by country.
