Is it possible to teach leadership and develop leaders? Is there a difference between a leader and a manager? Must managers be leaders too? Should leaders have management skills? Questions. This publication is a review of scholarship on the relatively new phenomenon called “e-leadership” ( largely a result of globalization), where leaders may be geographically disconnected from their teams, and connected only through computers, the Internet, and other communication mediums.
