Dwindling advertisement revenue and print costs rocketed, New Nation periodical folded and an unprecedented struggle of survival for the UK Black Press began. 5 years later factions of the black press are still perishing on the altar of insolvency. Will it emerge stronger and fit for purpose? Or will it pass into prosaic history as a relic of multiculturalism?
