The book aims to deepen the qualitative management both in theory and managerial practice. Using genetic and physiologic dispositions of women is considered to be an important possibility to reach that, as women could contribute to a deepening of ethics both in management and in interpersonal relationships, when working in the teams with men. Engagement of women in management should not crush the men out from their positions; the positive characteristics inborn to both sexes should rather be used within their team work. In principle, the strength and courage of men should be supplemented by, and interconnected with women’s consistency and sensibility of justice and communication. The book should inspire researchers, businessmen and managers to deepen the qualitative management, as an essential prerequisite to overcome the consumerist development in society and business. The book is useful for students of economic schools, and for managers of business and administrative organisations.
