Although this is my third transaction with ClickonCare, I experienced considerable stress in receiving my order. I initially placed the order in September, and it was shipped to Australia via Aramex. Unfortunately, the package was held by border protection due to insufficient documentation from the seller.
Throughout this process, I tried to communicate with the seller’s point of contact, but they were unable to provide clear guidance. Dealing with Aramex was also challenging, as there were language barriers and limited information about the reason for the hold. Eventually, the consignment was sent back to the seller.
When I contacted the seller, I was informed that the parcel would be destroyed, but it was actually returned to their warehouse. After all these complications, I paid the shipment fees again to the seller and additional reshipment fees to send the package to a local address. It took 60 days for them to confirm receipt of payment, which they had consistently denied until Western Union intervened and we provided bank confirmation of the transaction.
While I do not wish to speak negatively about ClickonCare, I mustsay there's nothing good to shaer about them.
