• Lactobionic Acid :
Lactobionic Acid is a polyhydroxy acid, which is a gentle exfoliator. It provides textural and smoothing benefits to the skin. It also increases skin’s thickness. Lactobionic Acid reduces visible signs of aging skin and is effective in reducing Advanced Glycation End-products (AGE). Advanced Glycation End-products accumulate in the skin naturally and leads to gradual cross-linking of collagen resulting in reduced skin elasticity.
• Oligopeptide-5 : Oligopeptide-5 is a precursor of Fibronectin. Fibronectin plays an important role in binding the mucopolysaccharides, collagen and elastic fibers to fibroblasts. Any reduction in Fibronectin results in skin aging process.
• Avena sativa Kernel Oil : Ceramides are waxy lipid molecules. Both Avena sativa oil and Oryza sativa Oil have rich lipid content. Avena sativa Oil is a natural lipid complex which contains polar lipids and skin equivalent phospholipids and ceramides. Oryza sativa oil contains Glycerolipids, sterol lipids, and sphingolipids.
